Moody High School
graduates 1947 through 1965 honored Jeannette McGinnes with a
reception Saturday afternoon, September 28, 2002, at Moody
High School Commons. Punch and cookies were served to
approximately 400 from all over the United States. Someone
classed it as a huge classroom reunion. Graduates said it was
fun going around and looking at each others name tags and
remembering the good times at Moody High School. For many it
was the first time back to Moody in many years. The students
were able to enjoy an entire day of festivities. The Cotton
Harvest Festival started at 10 a.m. with a huge parade on Ave.
