Moody’s 13th Postmaster
In May of 2004, Rick Richard was sworn in as the
postmaster of Moody. Richard comes to Moody with
twenty-nine years experience with the US Postal Service.
Richard replaces Debra Dowell who recently retired.
Jeff Davis, the postmaster of Killeen issued the oath of
office to the Richard.
Richard and his wife, Linda live in Temple. They have four
grown children and two grandchildren. |
