Z. S. Teague Moody Masonic Lodge, Chili Supper Huge Success

The annual Z. S. Teague Moody Masonic Lodge #568, chili supper fund raiser, was an outstanding success. It was held, Saturday, April 6, 2002, in the Moody Lodge on south Hwy. 317. Over 300 attended, Distinguished guests were, Bill Hilton, County Treasurer, Andy Harwell, County Clerk, Buddy Skein, Tax Assessor-Collector, and Larry Lynch Sheriff all of McLennan County. Also Damon Faylor of McGregor DDGM of District 61A, Worshipful Master Billy Agrabright of Eddy. The Masons were also honored to have four ninety year olds. They were Merle Bostick, 91; Franky Lynch, 92; Agnes Comer, 93 and 95 year old Fred Hageman of Waco, accompanied by his daughter Joyce Frazier. The Masons wishes to thank each and everyone in their participation. The chili supper is always held on 1st Saturday in April. Proceeds go to local organizations, such as scholarships and Moody Care Center.
